How do I use my Casino bonus?
Once a bonus is credited, that bonus appears in your Casino Bonus balance. The system follows a "Cash First" rule for gameplay:
Cash Balance: Your real money is always used first for bets.
Bonus Balance: Once your cash balance is empty, your gameplay automatically switches to using your bonus funds.
What is the difference between my Cash and Bonus balances?
Your account consists of two separate wallets to help you track your funds:
Cash Balance: This wallet consists of real-money deposits and cash winnings. You can withdraw these funds at any time.
Bonus Balance: This wallet consists of claimed bonuses and winnings earned while playing with bonus funds. These funds remain locked in the bonus balance until you meet specific wagering requirements.
Tip: You can check which balance was used for a specific bet by reviewing your Game History in your account settings.
How do I withdraw a bonus and meet wagering requirements?
You cannot withdraw bonus funds immediately. To convert a bonus into withdrawable cash, you must first complete a wagering requirement, which involves betting the bonus amount a specific number of times.
How to progress: Place bets on eligible games. Each bet you place counts toward the total wagering requirement.
Completion: Once you meet the requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings automatically convert to your Cash Balance and become withdrawable.
Example: If you receive a 2,400 NOK bonus with a 2x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of 4,800 NOK before you can withdraw any winnings.
To check your remaining wagering amount, log in to your account, select the Menu in the top right corner, and navigate to Bonus Info.
What are the maximum betting limits for bonuses?
When playing with Casino bonus funds, you must stay within these maximum limits. Exceeding these limits may result in the forfeiture of your bonus and any associated winnings:
Slots / Video Slots: Maximum $6.25 (or currency equivalent) per spin.

How can I delete or forfeit an active bonus?

Select the Forfeit option next to the active bonus.
Note: Forfeiting a bonus will permanently remove the bonus funds and any potential winnings attached to those funds from your account.
