The machine "Angel Rose" is specifically recommended for beginners due to its easy-to-understand bonus stages.

To analyze a machine's performance and history, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the clock icon in the upper left of the screen to view data from the last two days.

  2. Select "Take a seat" to view more detailed machine statistics.

  3. Use this data to determine the machine's condition, as winning chances are based on machine data rather than the time of day you play.

Currency, Rates, and Settlements

What is a "Denomi" or Denomination?

A Denomination (Denomi) refers to the unit price of a single medal or ball.

  • Pachislot: If the denomination is 0.1, one medal equals 0.1 points. Since one spin usually requires 3 medals, one game costs 0.3 points.

  • Pachinko: The points used per game are equal to the displayed denomination.

How do I convert my cash balance into medals or balls?

You do not need to manually exchange cash for medals. Your cash balance is automatically displayed as PT (Points) inside the Pachinko Hall.

  • 1 Point = 1 US Dollar.

  • If your account is in Japanese Yen, 1 Point = 150 JPY.

How do I exchange my winnings for cash?

To convert your winnings back into your main account balance, select "Settle" from the Break/Quit menu. Your medals or balls will be automatically converted into your account's currency (USD or JPY) and deposited into your cash balance.

What is the Exchange Rate and where can I find it?

The Exchange Rate is the percentage used to convert your winning medals or balls back into cash.

  • Example: If you win 100 points and the exchange rate is 80%, 80 USD will be returned to your balance.

  • Where to check: You can find the rate displayed as "Exchange" on the floor screen or inside the machine's information menu. These rates are fixed for each floor.

Can I use casino bonuses or spin credits for Pachinko?

No, casino bonuses, deposit bonuses, and spin credits cannot be used at the Pachinko Hall. Only your cash balance and specific Pachinko coupons are valid for play. Playing Pachinko or Pachislot does not count towards casino wagering requirements.

Gameplay Mechanics

Does the order in which I stop the reels affect my winnings?

Yes, the order in which you press the buttons to stop the reels can affect your winnings. You can check the specific "button press order" for any machine by clicking the "i" (Information) button at the top right of the game screen.

How does the Autoplay feature work?

You can use the Autoplay feature to have the machine play automatically. However, please note:

  • Autoplay does not allow you to specify a particular outcome.

  • Because every machine has different specifications, Autoplay may not always follow the optimal button press order.

  • If the button order is not working correctly during Autoplay, we recommend stopping the feature and playing manually.

What should I do if I want to keep my machine while taking a break?

If you need to step away or deposit more money without losing your seat, follow these steps:

  1. Select "Take a break" from the Break/Quit menu at the bottom right.

  2. This will reserve your machine for 30 minutes.

  3. Warning: If you do not return within 30 minutes, the system will perform a "Forced Settlement," your session will end, and the machine will become available to other players.

Can I move to another machine while holding my current medals?

No, you cannot carry medals directly from one machine to another. When you wish to change machines, you must first select Quit/Break to settle your current medals into points. You can then take a seat at a new machine.
